PermissionCorp Announces Acquisition of Digital Network Sales (DNS)Sydney, Australia, 14 Jan 2010PermissionCorp, the multi-award winning digital marketing company with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan and the UK, today announced the 100% acquisition of Digital Network Sales (DNS), one of Australia's largest independent digital networks, for an undisclosed sum. PermissionCorp, an Australian owned company, delivers permission-based marketing amongst other online solutions to advertising agencies and clients looking to target online consumers. Bob Cheng, founder and Managing Director of PermissionCorp commented, "Although this is our first ever acquisition, I doubt it will be the last. Even though we have grown organically and very quickly up until now, having been ranked by BRW as a 'Fast Growth' company for four consecutive years, I am also considering other strategic investments. I already have my eyes on a number of other acquisition opportunities, and we are rolling out a number of innovative products in the next few months. The next three to five years could be very exciting!" Jeff Glazer, Business Development, Marketing & Sales Director for the PermissionCorp group added, "The DNS acquisition will now allow us to offer bundled solutions that includes targeted permission emails with the significant inventory that DNS represents, at extremely competitive pricing. Importantly, our offering is now far broader than only incentive driven campaigns." Adam Hobson, Managing Director of DNS added, "DNS exclusively represents 25 top Australian sites, and over 50 international sites with a combined reach of over 5 million users per month, and over 400 million impressions. With the addition of PermissionCorp's deep targeting capabilities and DNS niche and broad media inventory, we can increase advertiser reach and ROI, whilst at the same time maximize publisher yields. " With this acquisition, Digital Network Sales becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of PermissionCorp bringing the full time staff close to 70.
