Your main responsibilities will include:
- Receptionist duties, including greeting clients and answering telephone calls;
- Answering members' email enquiries;
- Processing members' points claims;
- Administration and processing of other important member services.
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- Excellent verbal and written English;
- Organisation and efficiency;
- Patience under fire and strong customer focus;
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task;
- Great attention to detail;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Previous customer service experience.
