Business Development Manager

EmailCash is expanding and is seeking new opportunities, new partnerships and new accounts. As business development manager you will be responsible for finding, contacting and establishing commercial relationships with new clients and partners.

Database Programmer

EmailCash is seeking an experienced programmer to join the technical team. The chosen candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft technologies, including MS SQL, ASP, ASP.Net, VBScript, IIS, Windows. A thorough understanding of internet technologies is essential, plus experience working with a large, dynamic, database driven website.

Member Services Representative

Key member of a team providing support services and administration to EmailCash members.

Responsibilities include:
  • Answering incoming support emails from members;
  • Answering telephone calls;
  • Processing members' points claims;
  • Administration and processing of other important member services;
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills (fluent);
  • Organisation and efficiency;
  • Patience under fire, and strong customer focus;
  • Multi-tasking and prioritisation;
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Internet Explorer a must;
  • Basic understanding of the EmailCash programme;
  • Previous customer service experience a bonus;
