Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1.	This prize draw is run by ANZ, part of ANZ National Bank Limited (“ANZ”), 215-229 Lambton Quay, Wellington.
2.	The prize draw is open to customers who apply for a new ANZ Reserved Credit account and have their application approved by 15 June 2005.
3.	One entry per approved ANZ Reserved Credit account application which is made online.
4.	There is one prize of a $5,000 credit to the cardholder’s ANZ Reserved Credit account.
5.	The winner will be drawn at midday on 24 June 2005 by ANZ, at 180 Molesworth Street, Wellington.
6.	Account holders are ineligible for entry into the prize draw if their ANZ Reserved Credit account is not, as at the date of the prize draw, being operated within ANZ Credit Card Terms and Conditions. A copy of these terms and conditions is available from any ANZ branch.

7.	The prize draw winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail within a week of the winner being decided.
8.	The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.	The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
10.	Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for ANZ to use the winner’s name and photograph for publicity purposes.
11.	The prize draw is not open to employees of ANZ and its related companies, or their immediate families.
12.	If a prize is not claimed within three months of being drawn, the prize winner is deemed to have forfeited their prize and another competition winner will be decided.
